E-commerce & Retail

Led engineering on a platform powering 16 storefronts for 6 brands in 50+ countries. Migrated it from VMs to Azure Kubernetes Service.

Government

Architecting the modernization of legacy public-sector systems, and led a team building a SaaS for government revenue processing on Azure Government Cloud.

GRI Consulting was founded by Davit Grigoryan, a senior software engineer and solution architect with 20 years of hands-on experience in .NET, Azure and modern front ends. He has led engineering teams, defined architecture standards and delivered systems for clients in Los Angeles, London and beyond.

For over ten years we've helped companies turn complex requirements into reliable, maintainable systems, from greenfield products to long-running enterprise applications. We're a small team by design, so clients get senior attention and direct communication without layers in between.
